Nice try, constructive thinking;
but you still have a semi parallel or pseudo serial Cell,so 12 Volts is to much.
Try real serial setup or lower the voltage to below 2 Volts.

What positive effects are gained by wrapping up the cell to flow gas directly out? Does it keep the temperature down?

Hi great cell !
Do you already get below 2.4 Watthours of energy input
for 1 Liter HHO gas ? If yes, you are overunity !
Please come to overunity dot com to discuss your technology. Many thanks. Regards, Stefan. ( admin of overunity dot com )

Hi wphuang2005. The answer is yes, Archie Blue US patent 4124463 nov 7 1978. He has a great rig. There is another on youtube with a self-contained air pump inside his cell unit. In Meyer water car video, his patent cell produced approx. 13 psi on its own. What I have noticed is that HHO production remained constant by keeping the return of gas/water solution from cells.

good idea, gvs, see your next video.if the water is circulated with a pump, the gas bubble on plates will move up soon. does anyone here tries this?
